3. Again on 24th January 2023, none appeared on behalf of the parties. In fact, I took note of the fact that the above CRA is pending admission since the year 2019. In these circumstances, I had directed that the above matter be placed for dismissal today.

4. Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears on behalf of the Petitioner/Applicant. It appears that the Petitioner/Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the above CRA.

5. In these circumstances, the above CRA is dismissed for want of prosecution.
