Heard Mr. Shivan Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents.

This is an application filed by the Applicant, inter alia, stating that despite of the Order dated 26.07.2016, the concerned Sub-Registrar is not proceeding as a dispute is raised to register the subject document with regard to its valuation. In the said Order dated 26.07.2016, Para 3 clearly states that the learned Advocate General has made a statement that the dispute with regard to the valuation no
MCA/710/2016 longer survives for the purpose of registration in the context of the statement made therein. As such, it is not open to the Sub-Registrar to re-open the issue of valuation.
3. Mr. Shivan Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, reiterates that the amalgamation in the context of the subject registration, deals with the properties as mentioned at Para 2 of the said Order.
