This is an application for extension of time to comply with the directions of this Court issued vide order dated 4.8.2014.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the consent of the learned A.G appearing for the respondents, time to comply with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 4.8.2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
3. It is pointed out by Mr. Nadkarni, learned counsel appearing for the applicant that instead of furnishing a bank guarantee of a Nationalise Bank, the applicant be permitted to furnish a bank guarantee of Axis Bank.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant
MCA/859/2014 is permitted to furnish the bank guarantee in terms of the said order dated 4.8.2014 of Axis bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court subject to keeping such bank guarantee alive during the pendency of the proceedings and six months thereafter. The applicant shall also furnish an undertaking that the applicant shall abide by the directions by this Court to ensure that the amount so withdrawn is available at the time of disposal of the appeal on merits. The undertaking shall be to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.
