2. The applicant is challenging his conviction under section 138 of the N.I. Act which has been confirmed in appeal.

3. Shri Desai, the learned counsel for the applicant was discharged on the last date. The petitioner has not made any alternate arrangement. The criminal revision application is yet to be admitted. In that view of the matter, the criminal revision application is dismissed. The learned magistrate shall proceed to execute the sentence as awarded.
