By this application, the applicant seeks the following prayers :

(a) Delay if any in bringing the legal heirs/representative of the petitioners be condoned; (b) The legal heirs/representatives as stated in paragraph No.7 and 9 hereinabove of deceased 25th October 2021

31-MCA-227-2021.DOC Respondent Nos.18 and 26 be permitted to be brought on record in Writ Petition No.356/2021 and necessary amendment be allowed in the cause title of the writ petition.

(c) That the Respondent Nos.16,18,22,23 and 26 be permitted to be marked as deceased.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). 3.

Amendment to be carried out within four weeks. On amendment being carried out notice be issued to the legal heirs/representatives, returnable on 20.12.2021. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
