The learned Counsel for the petitioners has produced an affidavit of the petitioner no. 2 stating that there are four openings at the foot of the compound wall at various places towards the boundary of the respondent.
2. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that nothing survives in the execution application, seeking execution of the interim order, as the grievance is redressed.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
4. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. The parties are at liberty to produce appropriate consent
