P.C.:- After this matter was argued for some time, Mr. P. Kamat, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this PIL Petition, with liberty to file a fresh PIL Petition. 2.
Now that the Respondents have placed on record at least some permissions, which they have obtained in relation to the proposed project, we grant leave to the Petitioners to withdraw this
2 pilwp25-19dt.14.8.19 PIL Petition, with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that we leave open all the objections and contentions of the Respondents as well the maintainability of the PIL Petition at the behest of the Petitioners .
