2. During the course of the hearing of the above Petition, it was pointed out that there was discrepancy with regard to the area statement introduced by the Petitioners before the GCZMA. An intimation/communication to that effect has also been submitted by GCZMA to the Petitioners herein. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

3. Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, as such submits that the Petitioners would amend the

WP/982/2016 area statement on the plans and submit such plans to the GCZMA to proceed to examine the application filed by the Petitioners in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, nothing else survives in the Petition at this stage. Petition stands disposed of. All the contentions of the parties are left open.

5. Needless to say, in case such rectification is submitted, the GCZMA shall examine such application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
