The learned Counsel for the petitioners would rightly agree that as a substantive Second Appeal is pending before this Court assailing the impugned judgment and order dated 8.2.2019 passed by the learned District Judge-I, North Goa, Panaji in Regular Civil Appeal No. 31 of 2008, the present Writ Petition praying for the same relief of setting aside the said judgment and order passed by the appellate Court would not be maintainable. Petition is accordingly, disposed of. All contentions of the parties on the Second Appeal are obviously to remain open.
