In this Petition, the Petitioner has not made the State Authorities or any other authority as provided under Article 12 of the Constitution of India as party Respondents. Even for execution of the Award, State machinery will have to be engaged. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

By an order dated 27 April 2017, after considering the response of the Petitioner, Advocate for the Petitioner was granted discharge. Thereafter, the Petitioner has not engaged any other Advocate.
