Mr. Wagle learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 has filed an affidavit indicating that inadvertently the presence of Mr. Kavendra Naik (President of respondent no.2) was recorded while passing the order dated 21/10/2024. Infact Mr. Kavendra Naik was not present in the Court and Mr. Wagle learned counsel had received instructions on telephone from the said Mr. Kavendra Naik. This error in the order needs to be corrected.

2. Accordingly, the first line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 21/04/2024 may now be read as "Mr Wagle, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 after obtaining telephonic instructions from Mr. 12th March, 2025

WPCR 59 of 2024 Kavendra Naik, the President of respondent no. 2 submitted that respondent no.2 has no objection and is willing to consent to the quashing of FIR No.59/2024 dated 19.05.2024 registered at Cuncolim Police Station qua the petitioner."

3. Necessary corrections be carried out accordingly and corrected copy of the order be uploaded on the website. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
