M I N U T E S The parties have agreed as follows:

(a) The amount of Rs.30,000/- deposited before the Sessions Court in Criminal Appeal No. 88/2014, shall be withdrawn by the respondent no. 1-Bank and another sum of Rs.35,000/-, deposited by the petitioner before the High Court in this revision application, shall also be withdrawn by the respondent no. 1-Bank, with accrued interest, if any.

(b) The petitioner shall withdraw his revision application.

(c) The application for withdrawal of this criminal revision of the petitioner will not be objected by the respondent no.1-Bank. (d) Necessary orders regarding the sentence may be obtained by the petitioner from the High Court at the time of withdrawal of this revision application.
