4. A copy of the Death Certificate of Respondent No. 2 is placed on record.

5. For the reasons disclosed in the application, the same stands allowed.

6. Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment in cause title by bringing Legal Heirs of deceased Respondent No.2.

7. The amendment is to be carried out within two weeks. 10th July, 2024
