3. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as mentioned in Paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 of the application, respectively.

4. Copies of the Death Certificate of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are placed on record.

5. For the reasons disclosed in the application, the same stands allowed.

6. Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment in cause title by bringing Legal Heirs of deceased Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on record.

7. The amendment is to be carried out within two weeks. 10th July, 2024
