2. In view of the directions given by this Court on 31.10.2017 the petitioners-applicants as well as the office of this Court computed and calculated the amount payable to the petitioners, in view of the judgment and order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.308/2011. The computation submitted by the Officer of this Court is at Flag "A". The computation submitted on behalf of the applicants and that of office of this Court is to the tune of Rs.4,47,477.80. As the calculation by both the applicants and the office are exactly the same, the application for withdrawal of the amount is granted. Registry shall disburse the amount in favour of the applicants after due verification within a

MCA/834/2017 period of two weeks.
