Learned Counsel for the petitioners informs that during the pendency of the Petition, the principal proceedings i.e. Regular Inventory Proceedings No. 99/2003/III itself are disposed of by the learned Adhoc Additional Senior Civil Judge, Margao hence, the present Petition has become infructuous.

Learned Counsel states that the petitioners, however, seek liberty to raise all contentions in any challenge they would intend to mount, to the orders passed on the principal proceedings. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to challenge the final orders passed in the inventory proceedings. All contentions of all parties thereon are expressly kept open. G.S. KULKARNI, J.
