The learned Addl. Government Advocate on instructions from Mr. Prakash Redkar, Office Superintendent, Electricity Department, submits that the impugned memo dated 10th February 2016 (Exhibit P-1) has been withdrawn. He submits that in view of the aforesaid, the adverse remark has not been accepted by the countersigning authority.

2. In the light of the statement as referred to above, in our considered opinion nothing survives in this petition.
