The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition to approach the State Government with a representation as he states that the State Government has power for regularisation of the services if a stipulated period is completed by those who are working on temporary/contract basis. It is open for the Petitioner to do. If an representation is made by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks, State will consider the same as per law and as per decisions of the Apex Court.
