This is an application for impleading legal representatives of the deceased appellant no. 12 as respondents no. 11 and 12. The legal representatives of appellant no. 12 were already brought on record with an application for condonation of delay, as appellants. However, since the advocate for the original appellant was unable to file Vakalatnama for 25 October, 2023

MCA 724.2018724.2018 the Appellants, the present application is moved to implead them as respondents no. 11 and 12 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The appellants to carry out amendment to the cause title of the appeal by impleading legal representatives of appellant no.12 as respondents no. 11 and 12, forthwith.
