2. In pursuance of the impugned judgment and decree, the respondent took out execution to recover the amount of cost.

3. In execution, the executing Court has directed the applicant to pay Rs.1,75,539/- by way of cost to the respondent. This Civil Application in effect seeks a stay upon such directions.

4. Stay on the aforesaid directions is granted subject to the applicant depositing in this Court the amount of Rs.1,75,539/- within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such amount is not deposited within six weeks, this stay shall stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to this Court.
