In terms of the procedure directed by the Supreme Court in Dhanbad Fuels Pvt. Ltd. v/s. Union of India and Anr reported in 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1129, the Member Secretary of the South Goa District Legal Services Authority shall proceed to appoint a Panel Mediator within two weeks of this order and inform the respective Advocate appearing before the Commercial Court in Case No.4/2020/A at Vasco. Time frame under Section 12A of the Commercial Court Act shall be followed.
