2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time.

3. The impugned order passed by the Administrative Tribunal is on second remand made by this Court in Letters Patent Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondent points out that the suit filed by the respondent has been decreed and the same has been confirmed way back in the year 2003 which has not been challenged any further. It appears that the dispute is pending since the year 1975. In such circumstances, by consent of the parties let the writ petition be fixed for final hearing in the third week of November 2016.
