2. Mr. C. A. Coutinho, learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Margao Municipal Council on the basis of the instructions states that the notice dated 05.07.2019 which is impugned in this petition will be withdrawn, since, statutory notice has already been issued to the owners of the premises Antonio Mascarenhas, Lucy Mascarenhas and Oscar Mascarenhas.

3. Since, in this petition, the challenge was to the notice dated

WP/761/2019 05.07.2019, the relief in this petition stands worked out with the aforesaid statement.

4. This petition is accordingly disposed of by accepting the aforesaid statement.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
