This is an application for transposing respondent no.6, who is already on record in place of the appellant, who expired on 19.7.2022. The death certificate is on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith by transposing respondent no.6 in place of the appellant. The respondent no. 6 is the son of the appellant. 3.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
