2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from petitioner, who is present before this Court, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, as the petitioner intends to file a private complaint.
3. A perusal of the order passed by the learned Magistrate shows that the Magistrate has observed that the petitioner can ventilate his grievance by filing a private complaint. If, any such complaint is filed, the learned Magistrate shall proceed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, without being influenced by the orders passed by the learned Magistrate and the learned Sessions Judge, which are subject matter of challenge in this petition.
