2. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1(g), 2 and 3. Respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(f) have chosen not to appear though served.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The necessary incorporation to be carried out forthwith.
