Heard Mr. Lotlikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Ghanekar the learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

The contempt alleged is of the judgment and order dated 16/8/2013 passed in Writ petition no.693/2012, by which the General Body was directed to decide the appeal in terms of the order dated 16/8/2013. It was contended that the appeal was not decided. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the appeal is decided on 26/7/2012, which is communicated to the petitioner on 6/9/2015. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition. The petition is yet to be admitted. Even otherwise in view of the fact that the order is complied with, nothing would survive in the contempt petition. The

CP/2/2015 same is disposed as withdrawn.
