Heard Mr A.D. Bhobe for the applicant and Mr Pavithran A.V. for the GSPCB.

2. Mr Pavithran states that the corrigendum will be issued to orders/addendum dated 18.09.2023 by deleting clause 6(xxi), since the GSPCB has already granted the applicant consent to operate.

3. Mr Pavithran points out that this clause was inserted only to point out that the sealing was because the applicant did not have any consent 11th October, 2023

MCA 467 of 2023 to operate. This Court had directed the sealing of establishments which do not have consent to operate. Now that the applicant has consent to operate this condition will be deleted.

4. By accepting Mr Pavithran's statement, which is made on instructions from the GSPCB, we dispose of this application. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
