2. Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 6.11.2017.

3. Mr. S. R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor waives notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. The applicants have been convicted and sentenced by the Sessions Judge, Margao in Sessions Case(ORS.) No.20 of 2012 of the offences punishable under Sections 143,147,148 and Sections 324 and 307 read with Section 149 of IPC.

5. Learned Sessions Judge has suspended the sentence for a period of 45 days. Since the applicants were on bail, the execution of the sentenced shall stand suspended in respect of each of the applicants on furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of

CRMA/258/2017 Rs.20,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicants shall attend the Court as and when directed. Applicants shall furnish bail before the Sessions Judge, Margao.
