This is an application for leave to add Mr. Abdul Shakoor Quadri, who is the husband of the deceased petitioner no.2, Ms. Lila Filomena Braganza as Respondent no.8. The petitioner no.2 expired on 25/7/2017 and the present application is filed on 30/8/2018 and in such circumstances there is also a prayer for condonation of delay of 310 days, in filing the application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submit that the proposed respondent has not come forward to get himself impleaded as petitioner in place of the deceased petitioner no.2

MCA/716/2018 and therefore the applicants are seeking his impleadment as Respondent no.8.

3. The proposed legal representative is served. However has chosen not to appear. Thus for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. Necessary amendment in the cause title shall be carried out during the course of the day.
