This is an application for appointment of Smt. Nikita Nitin Chari, widow of the respondent no.15 as a guardian ad litem of their minor daughter Kum. Raiee Nitin Chari. In the application a statement is made that the interests of the minor are not adverse to that of the proposed guardian. The application is supported by an affidavit. In such circumstances, the application is allowed as prayed.
