Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents concedes on queries that no appeal has been filed till date though the respondents are in the process of preferring an appeal.

2. Nonetheless, since there is no appeal preferred, the applicants would be entitled to the withdrawal of the amount ordered in their favour. Registry to verify the calculations annexed to the application and release the amount in their favour. The applicants shall execute an indemnity bond to the extent of 50

MCA/783/2018 percent of the amount to safeguard the interest of the respondents in the event the appellants succeed in the appeal.

3. The Registry to release the amount in favour of the applicants in the name as prescribed at prayer clause (a).
