The Petitioner has filed an Appeal against the order dated 21.05.2019 which is to be decided by the Urban Development Minister. Alongwith the Appeal, an application seeking interim measures has been filed. Unfortunately, neither the Appeal nor the application has been taken up for consideration by the Appellate Authority. 2.

We dispose of the Petition directing the Appellate Authority,

2 wp no.734/19 dtd.11.10.19 impleaded as Respondent No. 2 in the Writ Petition to decide the Appeal filed by the Petitioners being Municipal Appeal No. 9 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from today and pending hearing of the Appeal, to dispose the application seeking stay of the order challenged in the Appeal. Till the Appellate Authority decides the application seeking interim measures, the Municipal authorities shall not give effect to the order dated 21.05.2019 challenged in the Appeal. M. S. SONAK, J.
