On page 14, in paragraph 14 at line 14, the words 'This Court' be deleted and read as 'Additional Sessions Judge" and in the same paragraph, the' Criminal Misc. Application No. 190/2016' be deleted and replaced with 'Criminal Misc. Application no. 189/2016'. Correction is also sought in Paragraph 15, the word 'Registry' be deleted and read as 'Additional Sessions Judge Margao'. Corrections be carried out accordingly and the corrected Judgment/Order be uploaded on the website.
