The records reveal that the matter has been adjourned from time to time. Indulgence was shown by this Court when it was reported that the Counsel for the petitioner was sick. When the matter was called out today, the Counsel holding for Shri V. Palekar, Advocate for the petitioner sought an adjournment. We find that no case is made out for grant of adjournment and the petitioner is only trying to delay the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
