2. The substantive sentence under Revision is hereby suspended till disposal of the Revision subject to the condition that the fine amount imposed, if any by the Trial Court shall be deposited before this Court within a period of two weeks. The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
