Heard Mr. P. Sawant, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Manish Salkar, learned Government Advocate for the respondent nos.1 to 4.

2. Mr. Salkar, the learned Government Advocate, makes a statement that the pensionary benefits have been paid to the petitioner and continue to be paid to the petitioner in terms of law. This position is not disputed by Mr. Sawant, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. Sawant, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, however

WP/755/2019 points out that gratuity has not been paid but, for the present, the petitioner, is not pursuing the issue of gratuity. The petitioner however seeks liberty to pursue this issue at the appropriate stage. Liberty is granted.

4. Insofar as the issue of provident fund is concerned, Mr. Salkar, the learned Government Advocate states that even the provident fund amounts will be paid to the petitioner within maximum period of three months from today.

5. Mr. Sawant, the learned Counsel, states that the petitioner will render co-operation in this regard.

6. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose off this Writ Petition with liberty as aforesaid.
