On hearing Ms Fernandes, without issuing notice to the Mapusa Municipal Council, we deem it appropriate to issue a direction to take cognizance of the complaint iled by the petitioners on 09.07.2025 within a period of four weeks from today and if required, summon the Petitioners for further assistance. In any case, we expect the Mapusa Municipal Council to communicate the decision to the Petitioners within a period of six weeks. he Writ shall be issued to the Chief Oicer ensuring compliance.
