1. Heard Mr. Amay Phadte, learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

2. He submits, on instructions of the Petitioners, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition since the parties have settled their dispute.

3. When the application is filed by the Petitioners, an affidavit of Petitioner Nos.1(a), 1(c) and 1(d) is filed.

4. Mr. Phadte undertakes to file a separate affidavit of Petitioner No.1(b). However, he orally submits that he has got instructions to 16th August, 2024

WP 367 of 2023 withdraw the present petition which could be considered.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn since the parties have settled the dispute out of Court. Affidavit of 1(b) to be filed within one week for compliance.
