Heard Mr. Joseph Vaz, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Prasheen Lotlikar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. By Order dated 03.04.2013 passed in Criminal Application No. 10/2012/A, the learned J.M.F.C., Mapusa had directed the respondent to pay to the applicant a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month from January-2011 till disposal of the main application and further to pay arrears within three months from the date of the order. By Judgment and order dated 06.06.2014, the Criminal Revision Application No. 50 of 2013 filed against the order of the learned J.M.F.C. was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Panaji.

3. This Court by order dated 04.08.2014 directed the respondent to deposit half of the arrears amount. Accordingly, on 20.08.2014, the respondent deposited an amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- before this Court. Again on 05.12.2014, the respondent deposited the remaining amount of Rs. 1,37,500/-.

4. By today's order, this Court has dismissed the Criminal Writ Petition No. 63/2014 filed by the respondent against the order dated 06.06.2014. Hence, the applicant is entitled to withdraw the said amount deposited by the respondent.

5. In view of the above, application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the respondent in this Court.
