The present Civil Revision Application was filed challenging the order dismissing the suit as against the respondent no. 1/defendant no. 1.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that subsequently, by an order dated 10.11.2017, the suit is dismissed in its entirety, against the rest of the defendants also. In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application, with liberty to file a First Appeal, challenging the order of dismissal.
3. The Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Needless to mention that the
CRA/32/2017 petitioner shall also be entitled to challenge the order impugned herein.
