These criminal applications are filed by the applicants, who stood sureties to accused no. 8 in Special Case No. 28/2016. The applicants have offered a security of Rs.1 lakh each, before this Court, in accordance with order dated 28.03.2014 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application (Bail) No. 49/2014. 2.
Undisputedly, all the accused, except accused no. 3, have been discharged by the learned Special Judge as per the order dated 20.11.2017.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent states that the said order has not been challenged by the State, till date.

The applicants are seeking release of the security amount.

On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Public Prosecutor, the applications are allowed as prayed in terms of prayer clause (a).
