1. Heard Mr. H. Shirodkar, learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. This is an application for restoration of the application for appointment of Arbitrator No.12 of 2022.

3. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that though the matter was listed on 20/09/2022, the Counsel appearing for the applicant was unable to appear and later on the matter was showing as no date is given. He submits that the absence of the Advocate was not intentional but due to some mistake.

4. Considering the grounds raised in the present application, the order dated 20/09/2022 stands recalled subject to deposit of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Goa State Legal Services Authority within a period of one week. Only on depositing the costs and showing the receipt, the office to restore the main matter.

5. Accordingly, MCA stands disposed of.
