Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application under Article 1102 of the Portuguese Civil Code, seeking confirmation of a decree of dissolution of marriage, passed by the Willesden County Court on 30.04.2013. That was a petition for divorce filed by the respondent herein, inter alia on the ground of the marriage having broken down irretrievably and on the ground that the respondent (petitioner before the Family Court) cannot reasonably be expected to live with the petitioner herein (respondent before the Family Court). The second ground is available as a ground for divorce as per the law applicable in the State of Goa.

3. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
