The appellants and the respondents have amicably resolved their disputes and arrived at a settlement. The terms and conditions of which are recorded in the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. 1 / 2 01st August 2025

Appellant Nos. 1 and 3, who are the Directors of Appellant No. 2-Company, are present before the Court. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have appeared through Video Conference. All parties present have informed the Court that the dispute has been amicably settled and that they do not wish to pursue the matter further. 3.

It is further submitted that the original title deeds pertaining to Villa A1, admeasuring a super built-up area of 208.21 sq. m., situated in the complex "Aldeia Serenia" at Assagao Village, Bardez Taluka, Goa-deposited with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in terms of the order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Misc. Civil Application No. 150/2015, may be released and handed over to Appellant No. 1.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, the First Appeal stands disposed of. All pending Miscellaneous Civil Applications also stand disposed of accordingly. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
