Heard Ms. V. Ghode, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General alongwith Mr. G. Nagvenker, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondents.

2. Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General makes a statement that the impugned order dated 25.04.2019 shall be withdrawn and the case of the Petitioner for furlough will be considered and disposed of within one week from today, now that the report of the Superintendent of Police is already received.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the relief in this petition stands substantially worked out and the petition is disposed of. In any case, we direct the Inspector General of Prisons to dispose of the Petitioner's application within one week from today.

4. Mr. Nagvenker, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor states that he will communicate this order to the Inspector General of Prisons at the earliest.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
