2. The only relief sought in this petition is for expediting the disposal of Special Civil Suit No.47/2009/A and Special Civil Suit No.51/2011/A (old Special Civil Suit No.25/2008/A).

3. Considering the limited relief sought, it would not be necessary to issue a notice to the other side. The suits are more than five years old. In such circumstances, the Trial Court shall proceed to decide the suits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the receipt of this order.
