This is an Application for early hearing filed on behalf of the original petitioner. It is pointed out that while granting Rule by order dated 15.06.2021, this Court had expedited the hearing of the Writ Petition.

It is further pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that even if the Writ Petition was to be allowed, the matter will have to be considered by the Labour Court for the reliefs claimed by the petitioner.
