3. This is an application for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.9. According to the applicants, they came to know about the death of respondent no. 9 only in the first week of September, 2015 and subsequently some time was consumed to collect the information as to the legal representatives and their addresses.

4. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay caused in bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.9 on record is hereby condoned.

5. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
