In view of the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. let the record and proceedings in Special Civil Suit No. 28/1994/A received in Second Appeal No. 63/2010 be sent back to the trial Court for the purposes of giving effect to the order dated 26/08/2014 passed in Execution Application No. 5/2010/A. As soon as the appropriate order is passed by the trial Court, the record and proceedings shall be sent back to this court forthwith.
